Renewable energy accounted for 20%! Vietnam's national energy master plan approved
Recently, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha issued Decision No. 893 on the approval of the National Energy Master Plan 2021-2030 and Vision 2050. In terms of energy structure transformation, the goal of the plan is to increase the proportion of renewable energy to 15-20% of total energy by 2030, and reach 80%-85% by 2050.
