Spain intends to increase its photovoltaic installation target to 77GW in 2030!
Spain's Ministry of Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenges (Miteco) has updated its National Energy and Climate Plan (NECP), planning to raise its 2030 solar PV installation target from 37GW to more than 76GW. The ministry is currently asking the public for comments on the new draft, with a deadline of September 4, 2023.
