Maldives' largest photovoltaic project tender
Recently, the Maldives issued a tender announcement for a 20MW photovoltaic project. This tender is supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), under the responsibility of the Ministry of Finance of the Maldives, and the owner is the Ministry of Environment and Climate Science and Technology of the Maldives. The project will invest in the construction of 20MW photovoltaics in 20 islands. It is the largest photovoltaic project in the Maldives, involving land photovoltaics, rooftop photovoltaics, and ocean floating photovoltaics. It is the world's first multi-mode hybrid photovoltaic bidding project.
