IRENA: Germany, Netherlands and Sweden have the lowest capital costs for PV plants
Recently, the International Renewable Energy Agency (Irena) released its first report on the cost of financing renewable energy, showing that PV plants have the lowest capital cost of 2.2% across all locations in Germany and the Netherlands. In Europe, Sweden follows with 3% while Denmark and the UK follow with 3.3%.
