The silicon wafer company invested by Bill Gates transforms into perovskite stacked cells
Recently, U.S. solar manufacturer CubicPV announced that it would cancel plans to develop a 10GW silicon wafer factory in the United States. The company said it will shift its focus to perovskite stacked components in the future. It is reported that CubicPV was officially established in July 2021, led by the clean energy department of Thai industrial group SCG, with investments from Bill Gates and Hunt energy.
