Republika Srpska legislation allows residents and businesses to install photovoltaic panels
Bosnia and Herzegovina's N1 TV station reported on September 4 that on September 3, the Energy Regulatory Commission of the Republika Srpska of Bosnia and Herzegovina passed a resolution allowing local residents and businesses to install photovoltaic panels on their homes and buildings and produce and consume their own electricity.
